How many lessons are in the primary gymnastics scheme of work?
The scheme of work is currently available from year 1 – 6. Every year group consists of 2 units of work. With 6 lessons for each unit of work. Total of 12 lessons for every year group. Video lesson resource for EVERY lesson. 72 Lesson plans in total.
How do I sign up?
Simply go to our subscription page, type in your school’s postcode, and select your school. Fill in all the details required and click submit! The person filling in the form will gain automatic access, and will become a super user, where they can set up and add users in their settings.
How do I pay?
Upon subscribing, we will ask for an invoice address. Upon clicking submit, an invoice will be sent directly to the given invoice email address. You will have 30 days from subscribing to pay the invoice. Payment via BACs only. If the invoice is unpaid after 30 days, your account will be paused until payment is received. A 15% late payment fee will be added to your invoice.
How do I Login?
Head to www.theprimarygymnasticsacademy.co.uk and click ‘Login’ in the top right corner. You will be prompted to login using your Microsoft / Gmail account.
Users can have the option of setting their own email and password. Your super user can send you a password reset link in their settings.
What will I have access too?
All users will have access to online unit overviews, warm up games, lesson plans and assessments within their selected gymnastics package. All documents can be downloaded and printed.
Our lesson video resources are online use only, users will only be able to view lesson video resources via the app. Schools will require permissions to allow videos to be played through Vimeo.
Super users will be able to add and remove users in their settings.
How many users can I have on my account?
There is not set limit to the number of users on a school account. However, schools are only allowed to sign up users with the same email domain name. Sharing account and login information with people outside the school organisation will result in immediate cancellation of the school subscription.
How do I renew my account?
All user accounts are set up to automatically renew after 365 days. 60 days before your renewal date, the main super user will receive a renewal reminder. From the 60 day reminder, email, you will have 30 days to inform us if you wish to cancel your subscription. 30 days before your renewal date, a new invoice will be sent, and you will have 30 days to pay for your subscription. If the invoice is not paid before your renewal date, your account will be paused until payment is received and a 15% late payment fee will be added to your invoice.
Can I change my subscription package during the years subscription?
Users can increase their subscription package throughout the year.
I am a coaching company / self-employed, can I purchase the Primary Gymnastics Scheme of Work?
Yes, however our sign up looks a little different. Please email info@theprimarygymnasticsacademy.co.uk for more information.
Is there a scheme of work for EYFS?
Watch this space. Our gymnastics experts are currently creating plans and video resources for EYFS. We hope to add these to the portal for 2024-25 academic year.
